اَللّٰہُمَّ صَلِّ عَلٰی سَیِّدِنَا وَمَوْلَانَا مُحَمَّدٍ وَّعَلٰی اٰلِہٖ وَسَلِّمْ

“جو میرا وارث بھی ہو اور آلِ یعقوبؑ کی میراث بھی پائے، اور اے پروردگار، اس کو اپنا پسندیدہ انسان بنا۔“ (جواب دیا گیا) ”اے زکریا، ہم تجھے ایک لڑکے کی بشارت دیتے ہیں جس کا نام یحییٰ ہو گا۔ ہم نے اِس نام کا کوئی آدمی اس سے پہلے پیدا نہیں کیا۔“ زکریا (علیہ السلام) کہنے لگے میرے رب! میرے ہاں لڑکا کیسے ہو گا، جبکہ میری بیوی بانجھ اور میں خود بڑھاپے کے انتہائی ضعف کو پہنچ چکا ہوں۔” (سورہ مریم، 6-8)

#ProphetMuhammad (Peace Be Upon Him) said: "I am closest to Jesus, the son of Mary, in this world and the Hereafter than anyone else." The Companions asked: "Messenger of Allah! How so?" The Prophet (Peace Be Upon Him) said: "The Prophets are brothers, their mothers are different and their religion is one, and there is no other Prophet between me and Jesus (Peace Be Upon Him) ." (Sahih Muslim, #Hadith 2365)

(Jesus said) "Indeed, I am the slave of Allah. He has given me scripture and made me a Prophet." (Quran 19:30)

We love #Jesus (Peace Be Upon Him) and celebrate his birth as one of the greatest Prophets and humans to have ever walked this earth. In fact, the #Quran itself celebrates his birth.
