UN Must Intervene Immediately To Stop Israel’s Unprecedented Atrocities On Palestinians

Israel has hegemonic and expansionist malicious designs. Her fascist policy is a naked threat to world peace. When Adolf Hitler bestially killed Jews in thousands, his plea was that the Jews claim to be the most superior and chosen nation and with this racial mind set, they are the enemies of all non- Jews and must be obliterated from the glob of earth to maintain peace for ever.

The inhumane incident of holocaust shuddered the peace-lovers worldwide and no one seconded and appreciated the fascist policy of Hitler. I also condemn the killing of unarmed Jews and inhumane act of Hitler. There is no justification to kill people in the name of religion, race, colour, creed, class or country.

The Jews who survived this holocaust left Germany and tried to seek refuge in alien lands. In ships they voyaged but were refused refuge by many Western countries including America, France and Germany. In 1943, on their ships theses lines were written: “The Germans destroyed our families and homes, don’t destroy our hopes”.

No country offered them asylum or refuge. It was the Palestinians who on humanitarian grounds provided them refuge and welcomed theses victims of atrocities and inflictions. In 1948, the Israelis announced their independent state with the support of Britain. Now, they started struggling and manoeuvring for Greater Israel which was dreamed by Theodore Herzel. Actually, these are the Zionists who are perpetrators, extremists and terrorists. They usurped the rights and land of the Palestinians forcibly through gun.

In 1967, Israel attacked on the neighbouring Muslim countries and annexed their chunks of land. Unfortunately, this is how the Israelis did with the Muslims, who protected them and provided them safe refuge. We must differentiate between the Jews and the Zionists. There are many Jews who oppose the idea of the Jewish state and condemn the cruel and callous atrocities of Israel being perpetrated on unarmed Palestinians. The Zionists should not forget that it was the Ottoman Empire that also gave refuge to the Jews and protected their lives, honour and property in their odd times.

To end the tension and clash between the Jews and Muslims and seek permanent peaceful solution of the Middle East issue, the UN passed the resolutions and emphasized on the amicable solution of the conflict through dialogue. It was Bill Clinton, the American President, who sincerely desired amicable solution of the Israel- Palestine conflict. OSLO Accord binds both, Israel and Palestine to act upon Two States Plan.

Israel has thrown the UN resolutions and OSLO accord in to dust bin. Israel believes “Might is Right “. In the Jewish Manifesto, given by Theodore Herzel, it is written that after establishing and consolidating Jewish State, the Great Israel will be carved in all Muslim states including their sacred places Mecca and Medina.

Israel is killing at random the Palestinians and is desecrating their religious sites. The Al- Aqsa Mosque is always under attack. A few months ago, the whole world was shuddered and stunned on watching a video in which an Israeli soldier had put his foot on the neck of a Palestinian child, who was crying and begging for life but the cruel Israeli soldier did not leave him till the kid died out of suffocation. This sight was so disturbing that up till this moment, I am in the state of agony and trauma.

A viral video showed how the old women and young girls were being beaten on road side by the Israeli soldiers. Is it the teaching of Moses to brutally kill the children and disgrace women? Not at all. But the so called civilized Western world and the champions of human rights raised no voice against such inhuman acts and no one condemned such inhumane Israeli barbarism. Why? Is the blood of the Muslims cheaper than water?

Blood is blood; it is not water. The blood of all humans is sacred without religious or racial discrimination. The Palestinians, who have now announced to resist and fight out the Israeli aggression are being branded as terrorists by partisan rogues. The Palestinians are not terrorists. They are freedom fighters. Unless, Israel accepts Two States Plan, executes it and stops state terrorism, there can be no permanent peace in the Middle East. Peace cannot be maintained without justice.

The recent war which broke in is a threat to world peace. Gaza Strip is being bombarded by Israeli helicopters and fighting aero planes. The area has been completely destroyed and made a rubble. In the debris, there are dead bodies of children and women. What a tragedy? Are the custodians of humanity sleeping?  Actually, their conscience is dead. They are fanatics like Zionists and are anti-Muslims.

I salute the Jews and Christians who believe in human rights and human values and are condemning the Israeli atrocities. Thousands of Palestinians have been killed and on the side hundreds of Israelis have been killed which is sorrowful. It is a human tragedy.

Whether, the Jews are being killed or the Muslims are being killed, it is highly tragic and unacceptable. No lover of humanity can afford or appreciate the human blood being spilled or shed in the name of religion, race or territory. But the question arises as to who is responsible for this horrendous situation? It is Israel which is not implementing UN resolutions and OSLO Accord. Who is aggressor? Israel or Palestine? It is the matter of shame for those countries which are justifying Israeli aggression and naming their aggression as the right to defend. Is Israel defensive or offensive?

The Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi is an established fascist and fanatic. Many thousands of Muslims were killed in Gujrat under his watch. As the Chief Minister of Gujrat Province, he had planned the genocide of the Muslims. America had refused him visa and entry in America for his fascist activities.

Now, as a Prime Minister of India, he is suppressing Muslims and other minorities to win the sympathies of Hindus for dirty political designs. He has announced his support for Israel. Instead of condemning the Israeli air strikes on civilians, he is supporting the Israeli atrocities. Israel and India are on one page as both violators of UN resolutions.

Israel is using white phosphorus bombs on the innocent and defenceless inhabitants of Gaza Strip. According to UN charter, the use of such lethal weapons is prohibited. Israel has declared to cut the water and electricity lines of Gaza Strip and stop food supplies as well to the people of Gaza, so that they die in thirst and starvation. Is it not like a holocaust?  What about the holocaust of the Gaza Strip?

I salute President Bill Clinton, who sincerely desired amicable solution of the Middle East through OSLO Accord. The present President of America Joe Biden should have exercised his influence to stop the war between Israel and Palestine and should have pressurized Israel to implement UN resolutions and OSLO Accord. He did not play positive role as president of America. Israeli army is ferociously striking at civilians, schools and hospitals. There are international laws of war which are being trampled under jack boots by Israelis. The lovers of democracy, human rights and justice across the world are protesting against Israeli atrocities in Gaza Strip.

In America, France, Germany Canada and Britain people have held rallies against Israeli aggression. Many of them are non-Muslims but they believe in humanity and justice. The Prime Minister of Israel Benjamin Netanyahu is the Hitler of this age. He is arrogant and stubborn of the highest order who has vociferated that he will wipe out all Palestinians.

His snobbery is because of the support of some Western powers. He should not forget that there are also other powerful countries who can dash his dreams like blasting bubbles. He must realize and accept ground realities and implement UN resolutions and OSLO accord to avert Third World War.

British philosopher Bertrand Russell in his book titled “Has Man a Future” had written that if Third World War breaks, that will be the end of the whole world as it will be a Nuclear War. I strongly appeal to all peace-lovers to condemn and oppose the fascist and Zionist policies of Israel and mobilize world opinion to save the world from further destruction. United Nations must intervene immediately and should take practical steps to stop Israeli aggression.
