Today April 3, 2026 in Christianity is Good Friday as the lead up to Easter Sunday.  As you know Dan, my office used to be in Washington DC at a key time in US history, warmongering and launching an illegal war of aggression based on nothing but lies.  Part of my activities were engaged in battle with the Neocons who have unleashed on the world the Global War on Terror and targeted people of the Islamic faith as the bad guys or as George W. Bush said many times “Evil Doers”.

I have wondered many times if people in the Islamic nations ever heard or knew that certain Neocons wanted to forcefully push an agenda that people of the Islamic faith should be forced convert to Christianity so the USA would have less problems enforcing its will over our world. 

As a famous US radio show host and commentator Paul Harvey used to say…. “Now, for the rest of the story”.

Feel free to share this email with any of the Islamic people you know.  Mike and I were just chatting while I was proof reading.  His slogan “911 TREASON, NOT TERRORISM” is catching on in the United States.  That slogan is consistent with all of the evidence we have found and preparing to file lawsuit against the real criminals that did September 11, 2001 and launched the fabricated Global War on Terror. It reached the “Enough is enough” mile marker over 24 years ago.  

I turn 75 on May 1 and you, Dan, turn 77 soon.  I knew what they did and why they did it even before September 11, 2001.  That is why we never stopped searching for the evidence to put these monsters down and end their killing spree.

We have the evidence to prove in Court and Jury that nothing the US Government said as their “Official Story” was true.  

I also question why the current 9-11 Truth groups in the US are nitwits, cannot or intentionally will not face realities, facts, truth or hard evidence.  You and I tried to get them to wake up last year and we both know that turned out to be impossible.  What has been interesting is revealing that these “newbies” that act like they are the sole voices and arbiters of Truth are still engaged to this day in the coverup for the US Official Lies.  In the United States, we call such people gatekeepers for the Big Lie or government shills of disinformation to prevent the Truth and justice from prevailing. 

The BBC airs “adult narrated cartoons” aimed at children and pushing the 9-11 lies to their parents and children audience. The BBC also pushes blatant lies and propaganda at their adult audience.  In the US, 16 states have passed education curriculum laws to push the Official Lies to K-12 and Grades 1-12.  A sane person would inquire “what are they so afraid of that intentionally lying to children in schools is Official Policy in 16 of the 50 US states?”

Dan, you and I know the answer and it is time the world knows the answer and does what is just and right about it.  Under US and UK law, if someone knows the truth about a crime and refuses to disclose it, they can be charged with “misprision of felony: and sent to prison for 3 to 5 years. To me as an Ecumenical Christian there is a Higher Court than any court of man in any nation on this planet.  To know the truth and fail to do something about it is a Sin of Omission before God’s Court of Judgment.  I do not profess to be an expert in Islam, but it is the same God by whatever name that expects all of us to stand up for what is right and justice.  

Curt Weldon read what I sent to Senator Ron Johnson and him, a detailed 30-page PDF.  He sent one of his deep contacts to me that filled in a major blank in that chronology that starts in 1971 and runs in detail to 2021.  All provable in a Court of Law and before a Jury.  There is no such thing as “The Perfect Crime”.  Every crime has a motive, a chronology and along the way trails surface and names are identified.

Curt’s contact used to be a former staff member of a former Speaker of the House in Congress.  That is the highest-ranking member in the US House of Representatives.

We knew something sinister was going on in the time frame 1995-1997 and again 1998-1999 but those details were elusive and blanks that needed to be filled in.

To be candid and being originally from Little Rock AR, I know more about Bill and Hillary Clinton than most Americans can fathom. I had some serious issues and clashed with Clinton in the Governor’s Office on many and almost all matters.  

One of those was how in Hell and why in Hell did Clinton appoint George Tenet to be Director of CIA (DCI).  

Prior to that, Tenet was the back office manager of SSCI, the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence.  At the time the SSCI was chaired by a despicable low-life Democrat from Oklahoma named Senator David Boren of Oklahoma.   

Then when George W. Bush was elected / selected by the US Supreme Court and sworn into office on January 20, 2001, he did not replace Tenet as DCI.  It was Boren that convinced Clinton to make George Tenet the DCI of the CIA.

We already had enough evidence to know that the plans to destroy the World Trade Center started in 1994.  Many people never knew that the World Trade Center 1 North Tower was bombed on February 26, 1993.  Or that during the trial of the alleged bomber it was revealed the FBI had fingerprints for that bombing because the US government aided and abetted the crime.

What was provided to me by Curt’s intelligence source involves a former #2 Assistant DDO to the Deputy Director (DDO) of the CIA Directorate of Operations from 1995-1997. He was reassigned to be CIA Station Chief in Berlin. That is a backwards transition. Normally CIA agents work the field, become Station Chief and maybe some day have a high level position in Langley at CIA headquarters. The purpose was to “investigate and infiltrate the Hamburg Cell” that was allegedly a key Al Qaeda base and terrorist planning base in Germany for the “radical Islamic males are going to attack USA with hijacked jets”.

After Berlin Station Chief came out of CIA headquarters things get very odd and were hard to fathom until we were given the missing pieces of the puzzle. Germany has the BMD for foreign intelligence threats, and the BfV for domestic intelligence and threats.  Somewhere around 1998-1999, the FBI Counterterrorism unit detected an illegal CIA operation inside the United States.  The CIA cannot operate inside the USA unless attached to a domestic agency for some legitimate reason. What FBI detected was the CIA and the Los Angeles office of Saudi GDI (General Directorate of Intelligence) were trying to recruit radical Islamic males to fly jets. It is no stretch or conspiracy theory to state that Saudi GDI is not a US domestic agency and was being used to create the mythology of radical Islamic males to attack with jets.

Consider that fact and FBI has already disclosed that they did in fact catch CIA operating illegally in the United States. Also consider the fact of CIA “recruiting radical Islamic males” to attack the United States and then the brain should start analyzing and the eyes start seeing the truth. CIA is not supposed to be recruiting people to attack the United States.

Allegedly, the Hamburg Cell was doing the same and funds were going out of Germany to these “alleged radical Islamic male pilots” inside the USA who were not then or now pilots. 

We will be able to easily prove in Court that the alleged Boeing 767-200, United Airlines Flight 175 is not what hit WTC 2 South Tower.  Additionally, will be able to do the same that the alleged Boeing 757-200, American Airlines Flight was absolutely not what hit the Pentagon.  If 50% at least of the “hijacked jet by radical Islamic males” is 100% USA lie, what about the other 2 allegedly hijacked jets?  We cannot say for Flight 93 and Shanksville PA but it is a known fact that the alleged ringleader ‘Mohamed Atta” did not die in American Airlines Flight 11 that hit WTC 1 North Tower.  He was still alive well after 9-11-2001 and he was not Al Qaeda.  He worked for many years as an intelligence agent for an Islamic nation.  

During the same period of time 1998-1999, the BMD and BfV detected something so sinister that the Foreign Ministry of Germany notified the United States government that their Berlin Station Chief, former high level as Assistant DDO in Langley, was now declared “persona non grata” and withdraw him from Germany immediately.  In hindsight, maybe BMD and BfV should have arrested the Berlin Station Chief and gotten to the bottom of the matter years before September 11, 2001.

Then we found evidence to substantiate the plans to destroy the World Trade Center did in fact start in 1994 and who was behind it added over 30 names to our Defendant list.  Those are public documents once we knew for fact the Official US Story was 100% lie.

The United States quietly did so but this same man suddenly winds up as “CIA resident professor of political science” at the University of Oklahoma.  When David Boren left the Senate and SSCI, he became President of the University of Oklahoma.  David Boren was also on the Board of Directors of Phillips Petroleum.

David Boren was later forced out as university president and the oil company board due to a sex scandal.  Boren sexually assaulted a male student, major scandal involving the man that helped get George Tenet the top job at CIA.  George Tenet has admitted that Boren was his mentor.

Over in Kazakhstan another scandal arises when James H. Giffen was indicted for violations of the United States “Foreign Corrupt Practices Act” and implicated were US energy companies Texaco, Amoco, Mobil and Phillips Petroleum.  The latter of which ties directly back to David Boren in Norman Oklahoma.  

The former CIA Station Chief in Berlin was not the only former CIA person to be granted a safe haven in Norman Oklahoma.  Many of the university staff were displeased with how many people Boren was paying from university funds, providing them safe haven and they did not even show up for work.

Most people never knew that former Vice President Dick Cheney was formerly on the Kazakhstan Oil Advisory Board while the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act matters were going on in that nation.  We knew about Cheney involvement in 2001 months before September 11, 2001.  Dig a little deeper and Dick Chaney as CEO of Halliburton had the same Foreign Corrupt Practices Act problems in Nigeria.  The United States made sure that matter quietly disappeared.

Parallel with this information, Curt Weldon was the former Vice Chairman of the House Armed Services Committee.  He was also chairman of a subcommittee overseeing a $180 billion per year Defense Research program.  Under the latter subcommittee, the Defense Intelligence Agency had created a powerful meta-data program they named Fusion.  Every US government agency for intelligence, counterterrorism, defense and law enforcement wanted it except the CIA.  

The CIA has already been detected running the illegal operation in California via the Saudi GDI office in Los Angeles.  The CIA stopped sharing intelligence with the FBI about the same time the Hamburg Cell matter was proven by Germany to not be Al Qaeda, it was a CIA operation reaching back into the United States.

The tyranny of meta-data is the vast spying apparatus of the US and even UK captures all of it and stores it for search or reference possibly at some point in the future.  Meta-data is easy to manipulate and put false information, false trails, even false names, photos or falsely use a person’s name for an illegal purpose.  I had already detected such activity when researching my book “One Way Ticket to Crawford Texas”.  I exposed many George Bush lies to the point Chapter 8 of my book is titled “Planting Weeds in America’s Rose Garden”.

When Curt Weldon starting going public in early 2025 he showed a chart the DIA Fusion created showing Al Qaeda cells in the US including the names and photos of the alleged “radical Islamic terrorists”.  It has taken a monumental amount of research to prove the “19 radical Islamic hijackers” source is the CIA and is 100% mythological fiction and outright US government lie. 

We found US lawsuits, corporate records and more making it very clear for a Court and Jury to understand that the real terrorists were the CIA and certain rogue elements of the US Deep State.  They wanted September 11, 2001 to happen and reap billions in the sudden shift from peace time to Global War on Terror. 

There was one more piece of the puzzle that now makes sense.  It can be proven in a US District Court that there were no “19 radical Islamic males that attacked the United States”.  According to the US government lies, all 19 of them died on September 11, 2001 by crashing hijacked planes into US targets but that is not true. They are still alive or were the victim of identity theft.  

However, the alleged 20th hijacker Zacarias Moussaoui was taking “flight training” near Norman Oklahoma and who was paying for that was the alleged “Hamburg Cell”. Somebody had to go to prison and he was sentenced to life in prison without parole. Many people in the United States know that is an effective way of silencing the Truth.

It amazes me too that the Islamic world is acting hesitant to cowardly on the matter that NO radical Islamic males attacked the United States on September 11, 2001.  A sane person would think they would be elated and willingly be a part of making sure it never happens again.  Sadly, it is happening again right now and is addressed further below,.

Our investigation uncovered only 2 Islamic people were involved with Americans in the crime of September 11, 2001.  The first is Afghan-born Zalmay Khalilzad, worked for the US State Department Political Section.  Even most Americans do not know that unit is fundamentally run by the CIA.  Khalilzad was given the nickname during Clinton Administration “The Butcher of Bosnia” for his role in helping create the false reasons to attack Serbia by US and NATO. 

The US was arming Bosnia Muslims to genocide Serbian and Bosnian Christians so the US and NATO could justify the 1999 assault on Serbia.  That matter was not completely resolved until 2006 when the alleged war criminal and former Serbia President Slobodan Milosevic died while still detained in prison and the ICC found him innocent posthumously.  They finally did as many were demanding and found mass graves of Christians, and Milosevic was not the aggressor.  He and the Serbian Army were defending against more genocide of Christians that was the casus belli to attack.

Additionally, Zalmay Khalilzad was directly involved in three more US government assignments.  First, interference with Bridas Corporation in Turkmenistan, Afghanistan and Pakistan causing the Bridas SAPIC TAP (Trans-Afghanistan Pipeline) to be tied up in Texas and US federal courts from 1996 to 2000 (State of Texas) and later in US District Court and Fifth Circuit US Court of Appeals until September 2003 and again in April 2006. 

Secondly, Bush appointed Zalmay Khalilzad as US Envoy the the new Karzai government in Kabul after George W Bush and former UK PM Tony Blair thought they pulled off the regime change..

Third, Bush appointed Zalmay Khalilzad as US Envoy to Iraq after the March 2003 invasion that was also based on total US lies, falsification of evidence to create another illegal war of aggression.

The other Islamic person who is named defendant in our lawsuit is a Kuwaiti.  One of his relatives, Nayirah al-Sabah lied to the Congressional Human Rights Caucus in October 1990 at the age of 15. Nayirah did not disclose her last name, or that she was the teenage daughter of the Kuwait ambassador to the US   The George H W Bush Administration and key Senators and members of the US House used those lies to justify the Desert Storm assault in 1991.

Due to Nayirah’s lies, after the entire matter was investigated her testimony was deemed to be “modern atrocity propaganda”.  When looked at pragmatically and objectively and having hard evidence to prove in Court, September 11, 2001 was also “modern atrocity propaganda” and so was Clinton’s made up excuse for the US and NATO to assault Serbia in 1999.

US Presidents creating illegal wars of aggression, by definition a war crime, and putting an end to that under US criminal laws is part of what our lawsuit is all about plus addressing the harm done to the 2 million Plaintiffs by about 250 Defendants.  By extension, the harm done to the Islamic nations targeted with lies and illegal wars of aggression.

It is a US Cookie Cutter scheme to justify the inexcusable, plunder nations, control oil and natural gas and they do not care how many Islamic people they have wrongfully killed or how many US soldiers are maimed or are killed in action. Americans are in part to blame for how the media spins it.  The elephant in the living room has been there all the time and most Americans refuse to see it.

Most people do not subscribe to the Oil & Gas Journal.  The day before September 11, 2001 there was an article published and it will be proven in Court before a Jury the following is exactly why Afghanistan was blamed for the crimes in NYC and the Pentagon.  This was the US motive for making September 11, 2001 happen and blame everyone else except the real criminals.

In Chapter 3, page 97, the Schwarz book revealed a comment from an energy expert that came out September 10, 2001, the day before September 11, 2001. 

“Most experts agree that the Caspian Basin and Central Asia are the keys to energy in the 21st century, said energy expert James Dorian (Oil & Gas Journal, 9/10/01), “Those who control the oil routes out of Central Asia will impact all future direction and quantities of flow and the distribution of revenues from new production.” [Operation Steppe Shield objective since at least 1990.  Refer to TIME magazine article link.] 

The TIME magazine article is easy to find.  Merely search “TIME magazine USSR: Operation Steppe Shield”.  George H W Bush and the Pentagon dreamed up a scheme to invade the USSR and take over the colossal amounts of oil and natural gas.  Bush Jr. lost when he tried to do the same.

Literally Bush-Cheney declared war on Islam to hijack, steal, plunder as much oil and natural gas as they could but the simple reality is they lost and lost huge.  The US cannot prop up the petrodollar if they do not control enough oil and natural gas to do so.

As I stated to Hasan in Interview 3, any nation that lies to create an illegal war of aggression, wantonly slaughters elderly, children, innocent men and women under false pretenses, has set the Hand of God against itself and that nation will lose.  There is no difference between outright murder at close range or from 20,000 feet, the end result is the same.

I rest my case on that statement because any way you look at it, US, UK, NATO lost in Afghanistan, Iraq 2003, Georgia-South Ossetia 2008, Libya 2011, Syria 2012, etc. 

In fact, right now, Israel and USA have again declared war on Islamic Shiites in lying and attacking Iran.

We would welcome help from the Islamic world to help fix this problem and put an end to US illegal wars of aggression for resources that do not belong to the United States.
