All general terms of this documents need their specific definitions for which and the nation is still in the process of interpreting those. Like Islam, it might never get defined without the specific references to Quran-ul-Hakeem!

جیسے تیرے رب نے تجھے تیرے گھر سے حق کے ساتھ محاذ پر کوچ کروایا۔ جب کے مومنین کی ایک جماعت نکلنے پر کراہت محسوس کر رہی تھی۔ وہ تم سے حق کے معاملے میں اس کے واضح ہوجانے کے باوجود اس طرح بحث کر رہے تھے جیسے ان کو موت کی طرف ہنکا کرلے جایا جارہا ہو اور وہ (اسے) آنکھوں سے دیکھ رہے ہوں۔ جب اللہ نے تم سے وعدہ کیا کہ دو گرہوں میں سے ایک گروہ تمھارے ہاتھ لگ جائے گا۔ تم چاہتے تھے کہ کم سامان و شوکت (یعنی كم ہتھیار) والا گروہ ہاتھ آ جائے۔ اللہ چاہتا تھا اپنے حکم سےحق کو حق ثابت کرے اور کافروں کی جڑ کاٹ دے۔ تاکہ حق کو حق اور باطل کو باطل ثابت کردے۔ چاہے مجرموں کو یہ کتنا ہی برا کیوں نہ لگے۔

اَللّٰہُمَّ صَلِّ عَلٰی سَیِّدِنَا وَمَوْلَانَا مُحَمَّدٍ وَّعَلٰی اٰلِہٖ وَسَلِّمْ

(اے پیغمبر) لوگ تم سے مال غنیمت کے بارے میں پوچھتے ہیں۔ کہہ دو کہ مال غنیمت (کے بارے میں فیصلے) کا اختیار اللہ اور رسول کو حاصل ہے۔ لہذا تم اللہ سے ڈرو، اور آپس کے تعلقات درست کرلو، اور اللہ اور اس کے رسول کی اطاعت کرو، اگر تم واقعی مومن ہو۔ مومن تو وہ ہیں کہ جب خدا کا ذکر کیا جاتا ہے تو ان کے دل ڈر جاتے ہیں اور جب انہیں اس کی آیتیں پڑھ کر سنائی جاتی ہیں تو ان کا ایمان اور بڑھ جاتا ہے۔ اور وہ اپنے پروردگار پر بھروسہ رکھتے ہیں۔ (اور) وہ جو نماز پڑھتے ہیں اور جو مال ہم نے ان کو دیا ہے اس میں سے (نیک کاموں میں) خرچ کرتے ہیں۔ یہی سچے مومن ہیں اور ان کے لیے پروردگار کے ہاں بڑے بڑے درجے اور بخشش اور عزت کی روزی ہے۔

اور جب تم ان کے پاس (کچھ دنوں تک) کوئی آیت نہیں لاتے تو کہتے ہیں کہ تم نے (اپنی طرف سے) کیوں نہیں بنالی۔ کہہ دو کہ میں تو اسی کی پیروی کرتا ہوں جو میرے پروردگار کی طرف سے میرے پاس آتا ہے۔ یہ قرآن تمہارے پروردگار کی جانب سے دانش وبصیرت اور مومنوں کے لیے ہدایت اور رحمت ہے۔ اور جب قرآن پڑھا جائے تو توجہ سے سنا کرو اور خاموش رہا کرو تاکہ تم پر رحم کیا جائے۔ اور اپنے پروردگار کو دل ہی دل میں عاجزی اور خوف سے اور پست آواز سے صبح وشام یاد کرتے رہو اور (دیکھنا) غافل نہ ہونا۔ جو لوگ تمہارے پروردگار کا قرب رکھتے ہیں وہ اس کی عبادت سے گردن کشی نہیں کرتے اور اس پاک ذات کو یاد کرتے اور اس کے آگے سجدے کرتے رہتے ہیں۔

اَللّٰہُمَّ صَلِّ عَلٰی سَیِّدِنَا وَمَوْلَانَا مُحَمَّدٍ وَّعَلٰی اٰلِہٖ وَسَلِّمْ
