Pakistan’s NSA impresses with his first interview on Indian media, upholds rights of Kashmiris

In first interview by a senior Pak official since 5 Aug 2019 to an Indian journalist, Karan Thapar, Special Assistant to the PM on National Security Dr Moeed Yusuf revealed new details on Indian sponsorship in terrorism inside Pakistan.
He talked about the Kashmiris’ self determination right and offered peace to India with certain conditions. While the interview was received very well in Pakistan for the patient and astute way Dr Moeed answered all questions, in India Karan Thapur was criticized by Indians for letting Pakistan’s NSA state facts about Indian terrorism.
He talked about peace in the region and exposed previously unrevealed information about regular Indian state sponsorship of terrorism against Pakistan and laid out clear conditions for forward movement centered on the Kashmiri people.
