The Quran came down as Wahi over a period of 23 years. Wahi (revelation) comes to the heart, not to the ear. The second way in which the Quran came down is the recitation. We are ordered to recite it in exactly the way the Holy Prophet PBUH was told to recite it. In this lecture, Sheikh Imran N.
